Update studio profile, branding and configuration

Studio settings control your business profile and shared configuration.

Before you start: The studio Owner, with an active studio account. If Settings appears with only a restricted subsection for your role, ask the Owner to make these changes.

1. Open Settings and select Studio Profile. Edit the available business contact, website, social and timezone fields, then choose Save Profile.
2. Select Branding, update the displayed brand options, and choose Save Branding.
3. Select Configuration to review event types, expense types, invoice numbering, working hours and tax rates; choose Save Configuration after changes.

What happens next

Saved values become studio settings used by the relevant workflows.

Things to know

Select a valid timezone. Working hours require at least one working day and a start before the end. Tax rates require a name and a percentage from 0 to 100, with no more than one default. The Other event type must retain a label. Configuration is not a payment or tax-advice service.

If something goes wrong

If a save fails, correct the indicated field and retry once. If the value does not persist after reopening the page, contact a human with the setting name and redacted error.
