Bring your team into the studio and keep project responsibilities clear.

Before you start: The studio Owner manages team access. Inviting or reactivating a studio user requires an active team entitlement and an available seat. Review the seat counter in Settings → Team; pending invitations can also reserve seats.

Invite a studio user

  1. Open Settings → Team and choose Invite Member.
  2. Enter their email and job title. Choose a job template if useful, then select the appropriate access role: Manager or Employee. A job such as Videographer describes their work; it does not grant access.
  3. Send the invitation. The recipient follows the email invitation and completes the account steps shown. Check Pending Invitations if they have not joined; use Resend deliberately or Cancel for an invitation no longer needed.

Assign and follow the work

  1. Open Tasks → New Task, give it a clear title, and link the relevant event.
  2. Choose an active assignee, due date and priority, then create the task.
  3. Add a checklist and comments to explain the work. The assignee can review it in My Tasks, complete checklist items and update the task status.

Change or pause access

Open the studio user's profile and choose Edit Member to update their job title or access role. Use Deactivate Member when they no longer need access. Their information is retained and inactive users do not occupy an active seat. Use Activate Member if they return, subject to the studio’s entitlement and available capacity.

If something goes wrong

If Invite Member is unavailable, check the entitlement and seat counter. Confirm the recipient address before resending an invitation. If a task is missing, check the assignee and their access role. Ask the Owner to resolve access issues; never share an account or invitation link with support.
