A page or feature is missing

Check your access

1. Confirm that you are in the studio workspace, rather than a photography client’s portal.
2. Ask the studio owner to check your role and the account’s access to the feature.
3. Use the page’s normal navigation. If access is still missing, note the page name and any error.

Still missing?

Email support with your role, the feature name and a screenshot with private details removed. Do not share someone else’s account or create another studio to bypass access restrictions.

Photography clients should ask their studio for access to shared projects and galleries.
